Secure connection fee payments
The UGX 25,000 connection fee is processed securely via Pesapal. MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, Visa, or Mastercard. Your payment is never sent directly to a landlord.
Verified landlords
Every landlord on MuzigoFinder is vetted before their listings go live. We check IDs and property ownership documents.
Verified listings
Every property is physically inspected by our team before it goes live. Landlord identity is verified. The UGX 25,000 fee filters out non-serious inquiries, so when you visit you are dealing with the real, verified owner.
No cash transactions
All payments go through our secure platform via MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, Visa, or Mastercard. No cash, no risk of being scammed.
Report a problem
See something suspicious? Every listing and user has a report button. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
Data protection
Your personal data is protected under Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act. We are registered with NITA-U as a data processor.
🚨 Red flags to watch out for
- • Anyone asking you to pay cash directly to a landlord outside MuzigoFinder
- • Listings with prices that seem too good to be true
- • Landlords who refuse our listing inspection or want to skip the verification process
- • Anyone claiming to be a MuzigoFinder agent and asking for money on the spot
