The Problem We're Solving
Finding a home in Uganda has long been dominated by brokers who charge hidden fees, provide little accountability, and leave both tenants and landlords frustrated. Tenants pay commissions just to view a property. Landlords get little visibility. And there's no trusted platform in the middle.
What We Do
MuzigoFinder connects landlords directly with verified tenants — no brokers, no hidden fees. Landlords list their properties for free. Tenants pay a small UGX 25,000 visit fee to book a viewing, which goes into escrow and is only released after a successful visit. If a tenant moves in, the full rental payment is held safely in escrow until both parties confirm.
