Agree terms and sign the tenancy agreement directly with the landlord. Rent is paid directly to the owner — no broker, no commission cut.
The UGX 25,000 connection fee is processed securely via Pesapal — never paid directly to a landlord. All listings are physically inspected by our team before going live. Landlord IDs are verified. The UGX 25,000 fee filters out non-serious inquiries — so every visit is genuine.
